OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Occupational Therapy is a specialized form of rehabilitation that is designed to help individuals across the lifespan return to activities and occupations that are important and meaningful to them. This includes activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, functional mobility, etc) and instrumental activities of daily living (cooking, medication management, household chores, driving, vocations, etc).  Occupational Therapy helps individuals live life to the fullest despite disability, injury, or illness, using a holistic, evidence-based, and client centered approach.
